Overview

Benson Building – TIO and Bennett Construction appointed Idea to deliver a luxury branding and marketing campaign for a high-end residential development of apartments and penthouses in the heart of Dublin Docklands. These high-end properties were aimed at investors and urban professionals – and Idea’s campaign needed to resonate with this select demographic.

Our Approach

Once the strategic direction had been agreed, a naming process began, which ultimately paid homage to the strong street name which was well aligned with the vision for the development. Key to the messaging in this campaign was the location in Dublin’s Docklands at the heart of Ireland’s smart economy.  We focussed on a rich design and colour palette to reflect the positioning of this prestigious development and then developed an elegant brand which was rolled out across all marketing materials.

Implementation

We created a ‘Register Your Interest’ web page to gather sales leads and to build momentum around the project. In conjunction with this we crafted a stunning brochure using a K-bind printing technique to ensure the impact of the imagery was heightened  – an essential part of the buyer journey. Idea also pioneered exciting Virtual Reality technology to bring this project to life.  Despite the development being a building site, potential buyers could envision the finished property with fully finished elegant interiors with this state of the art technology – helping them to make the all-important purchasing decision.
