Martin has won numerous awards for IDEA over the past six years and has worked on projects for clients in the horticultural industry, state and semi-state, financial services, building and IT sectors.
Unusually for a creative director, Martin also holds Masters Degree in Business Management and a Diploma in International Trade, so his capacity as a marketer and designer Martin has a perfect understanding of the market, targets, marketing strategies and the psychology of advertising.
He has worked on brand identity and campaign roll-outs across Europe including Cap Gemini in Poland and separately with IDEA Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in the US. Other international rollouts include Propfund Germany, Dulux, Moritz, Bord Bia Russia, National Gallery of Ireland, Treasury Holdings projects in Russia and London as well as Wavebob campaign to the US and Ecologic Datacentres campaign globally.
He was responsible for the Bloom garden show brand development and promotional campaign which has made it Ireland’s biggest gardening event to rival Chelsea with over 90,000 attendees in 2011. His campaign won the Palme d’Or of branding, the Design Effectiveness Grand Prix Award.
