Ciaran founded IDEA in 1996, he is the Managing Director/ Lead Project Director has over 20 years experience in developing award winning brand and promotion campaigns for a wide range of clients from large corporations to small start up companies.

Martin has been with IDEA for over 8 years, he is the Creative Director and has over 15 years experience as a senior creative director in some of the leading creative agencies in Europe.

Jane joined IDEA in 2007, having spent the previous 3 years in a communications consultancy in London. Jane manages relationships with a number of our clients and ensures that projects are delivered to brief, on time and within budget.

Clare has been with IDEA since 2001, her  key responsibilities are to continually improve the level of design and production management within IDEA.

Ciarán works with IDEA as a Project Manager, liaising with clients, suppliers, consultants and fellow team-members to deliver results that meet the expectations of the client.
