When Niall O’Farrell and Sean O’Sullivan referred Jason O’Reilly and his Silicone Team Watch to us after an emotional filming of Dragon’s Den a few weeks ago we knew they had backed a winner. 19th March 2012 The latest season of Dragon’s Den got off to a great start last night with some fantastic and interesting investment opportunities for The Dragons. As in previous years IDEA have been asked to work with The Dragons and some of the successful entrepreneurs. Last night saw Bobby Kerr invest in the amazing Prevent a Puncture! Going International with the Irish Potato
8th February 2012 IDEA worked with the Irish Potato Federation and Bord Bia on a campaign to promote the Irish Rooster Potato to markets in Russia and Continental Europe. The campaign was launched this week in Berlin at the Fruit Logistica Exhibition. IDEA developed a range of marketing sales tools for the exhibition including graphics for the exhibition stand, an exhibitors catalogue and an online resource for international trade in four languages Russian, French, German and English. Bord Bia – Harvest 2020

Leinster GAA Club Website 2011!
1st February 2012 Committee members of Dunshaughlin GAA collected their well deserved award at the end of January for Leinster Club website of the year 2011. IDEA were asked in September 2011 by the committee to design and build a fresh up to date and attractive website that would appeal to club members, young and not so young! They wanted an easy to use content management system to allow committee members to keep the website up to date and relevant, encouraging their club members to check in on a regular basis and keep abreast of club activities. We are redesigning it to give our current and potential customers a better sense of the services we offer and examples of our work. Dublin New Year Festival
11th January 2012 December 2010 (New Year 2011) saw the launch of the inaugural Dublin New Year Festival. IDEA were asked to come up with a brand for Dublin’s first New Year Festival which in 2010 saw two main events at Guinness Storehouse and Christchurch Cathederal as well as various free events around the city. 1st December 2011 The National Gallery of Ireland Wins an Eircom Spider 2011 Award! IDEA designed the micro website for the National Gallery of Ireland for the Maclise painting, The Marriage of Strongbow and Aoife. The website has won an eircom Spider 2011 award in the ‘Charitable and Non-Profit Organisations’ category. The Spiders honour Irish individuals and organisations for their outstanding achievements online and celebrate the success of the Irish internet and digital media.
